Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 46bd platform, including the website at 46bd.club, all associated games, sports betting markets, payment services and promotional offers (collectively the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 46bd ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

• You are acting as a private individual and not as a commercial agent, broker or representative of any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded from the 46bd Platform under a self-exclusion request or a Platform-initiated account closure for breach of these Terms.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of another person or using another person's payment method without their documented consent.
• Online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you are accessing the Platform.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the 46bd Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended, with balances forfeited in cases where abuse is determined. You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and for keeping that information current throughout your use of the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 46bd will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 46bd immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

• You must provide a valid, active email address or mobile number that you own and control. This is used for account verification, security alerts and promotional communications.
• KYC verification (National ID card, passport or other government-issued photo identification) may be requested at any time and is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed.
• 46bd reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account pending identity verification, without liability to the applicant.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Account sharing, account trading or any attempt to transfer account ownership is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be used for wagering. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from bonus play, after satisfying the applicable wagering requirement, may be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus value before withdrawal is permitted). The wagering requirement must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion.

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users, including automated betting, account farming or scraping.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using fabricated, stolen or borrowed identity documents.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error are void and will be reversed from the account balance.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including soft-play agreements, chip dumping or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent game integrity.
• Any attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer or tamper with the Platform's security systems, authentication mechanisms, RNG infrastructure or anti-fraud controls.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 46bd Platform — including but not limited to the 46bd brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, sports data presentations and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 46bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from 46bd.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 46bd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 46bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

46bd does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment gateway outages and events beyond 46bd's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. 46bd will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable following any interruption, but makes no binding warranty as to uptime or availability.

Account Termination and Suspension

You may close your 46bd account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after settlement of open bets will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure at your request.

46bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, where it determines or reasonably suspects that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive or criminal purposes; (c) the account holder has provided false registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 46bd may freeze account funds pending the outcome of an internal investigation and will cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required.

Amendments to These Terms

46bd may amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, 46bd will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 46bd operates as an online platform serving players in Bangladesh and endeavours to comply with all applicable regulatory obligations in the jurisdictions from which it accepts players.
